Shot over one day in Howth Co Dublin.

We used two Canon 7D DSLR, shooting full 1080 at 25fps.
The now legendary Mpeg Streamclip dealt with the pesky H.264 clips the Canon generates and very kindly converted them to the much more user friendly ProRes 422 HQ
The Grade was done with the Magic Bullet Looks Builder

Thanks again to everyone invovled

The Minutes - Fleetwood (HD)

Fleetwood in the Edit suite

With the music video launch only mere hours away I thought I would upload some behind the scenes information about how we made it.

Shot on two RED ONES over two days on location in South Dublin and North Wicklow on the east coast of Ireland "Fleetwood" is the new single by "The Minutes"

The video was directed by Philip Kelly, produced by Liam Ryan and Warrior Films, on lighting duties was Pier McGrail and the video was cutbymo.

We used Red Rushes to scale the 4K R3D footage to a more workable 2K Pro Res 442 HQ and edited on Final Cut Studio.

Grading for the finished video was achieved on Redcine, while the 30 Second promo was given its look from Magic Bullet.

The codec for the final web version is the wonderfully robust H.264 with its own special twist provided by Brian Deane, who along with his brother Paul Deane deserve honourable mention for their 24 hour RED technical support
